Daddy I'm Watching You

Today I am simply amazed at how much babies learn from example. In the past few weeks it has been so much fun watching Stratton grow . I have noticed more than ever him observing and repeating the things David and I do. How fun and amazing it is that he is able learn and do so much for just a little guy. Here is a perfect example of what I am talking about. Since Stratton was just a little guy David and I would take him outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. David has this routine : Drink from the hose , water the Aloe Vera plant and then empty the dog water , clean the bowl and refill the bucket. Today like usual I took Stratton outside to play and I was watching him do exactly the same routine as his daddy.


Today was also a huge Mile Stone for Stratton and us and I was amazed once again , our family sat down for dinner tonight and I placed Stratton in his high chair put his bib on and then to our amazement the little guy folded his arms and started rambling some sort of baby talk prayer. This melted my heart and made me realize how much our precious little man is watching us each and every day.
