Don't Look Down

 Stratton has become quite the "expert " at climbing trees . He loves to climb and he is very good at it .If I didn't remind him of how high he is I think he would just keep climbing all the way to the tip top of of the tree. In this picture I was reminding him of just how high he was and if he wasn't comfortable then he should probably climb down.He looked down holding on with both hands reminded me that he is an" expert"and then continued climbing .

 Stratton ( "Jonas" is what he makes us call him when he is dressed like a farmer)  is sure that he has a farm in the backyard and before he goes and feeds the animals he always puts on his overalls , cowboy boots and his farmer's hat on. 

He feeds his chickens , rabbits , and his cow Karen .

 This is the cage where he keeps his baby chicks .  He was in the process of moving them from this cage to another when one got out. He is pointing to the tree where his chicken has landed .

 It is fun to watch Emerson while Stratton is caught up in his own imagination because he doesn't quite know how to take him seriously. Emerson is much more realistic and most of the time just moves on and does his own thing while Stratton pretends.
