I have always pictured my self having a little girl and now that I have one I am having way too much fun ! I decided that I wanted to pierce Charlotte's ears . After researching the risks and benefits of piercing a babies ears I went ahead and did it . Charlotte did great and maybe cried for 30 seconds . I think she was only upset from having to hold her so tight while they pierced them . Charlotte , both boys and I went to the mall and luckily the manager at Claire's was working. I was confident that she had previous experience piercing babies ears and I was right she did a great job. After marking both ears with a dot she pierced them and Charlotte is now sporting two little diamonds on her ears . So adorable ...
These little toes painted honestly make my day! It is amazing how something so simple can make me so happy . I have never seen something so cute ! This is the first time I painted Charlotte's toes .
She didn't mind a bit and I am so happy it is summer so we don't have to wear socks.

Was searching for my GF's blog and came across yours. Loved your thoughtful reasoning and description about having your dd's ears pierced at this age. I think you were a smart mommy for doing it now when mommy can care for them.
Babies and little girls with pierced ears celebrates their femininity and femaleness.
Our ped gave me some suggestions for moms having their infant dd's ears pierced as well as for "Tips for moms having their dd's ears pierced/Care of Newly Pierced Ears."
If any other moms thinking about it and want to do it now or would like them, write me an e-mail.
