Henry B. Eyring said, " Our most important and powerful assignments are in the family. They are
important because the family has the opportunity at the start of a
child’s life to put feet firmly on the path home.”
I love this talk " Help Them on Their Way Home" that Elder Eyring gave in 2010 . It reminds me of how important family is in a child's life. The first eight years we mold our child to stay on the straight and narrow path through a strong family, home and church leaders . Our most important Job on this earth is in the family and helping our children build faith in their Savior Jesus Christ.
I hope and pray each day that my kids will stay close to their family and in doing so they will gain a strong testimony of Jesus Christ and his gospel.
Here are some pictures to show just how much fun we have when we get together .
Margie bought water guns and David being a great uncle was helping the kids fill up their guns.
If you know the Ellsworth's this is just the beginning of a much larger water fight.
Dean wanted to get in on the fun . . .
It wouldn't be a water fight with out Barbara in the middle . Brighton and Riggs have her cornered on both sides .
David decided to use his hands ! Much faster and could hold more water and I think Audra was the lucky one standing next to him.
Audra begins getting David back and pretty soon almost everyone is wet .

That was such a nice picnic. Margie is the best. I may have to steal some of these pictures for my own post! David threw water at the side of my face when we were at the fountain (ok I might have thrown some on him first) and the water got in my ear and bothered me all night!
