It has been so beautiful outside lately so David and I decided to get Stratton a small pool. I found it at Babies R Us for 14 dollars. I was so excited, I brought it home filled it with air, took it out side and am now waiting for the water to heat up. Stratton loves playing outside and also loves bath time. I know he will absolutely love a swimming pool just his size. I will post pictures of baby Stratton in his pool soon.

April 13, 2009 I had to go to the dentist and David took care of Stratton for the day. I would rather not talk about the dentist. I really am uncomfortable with the whole idea of drilling, crowns, x rays and the word dentist in general. Well today I didn’t have much of a choice when I had a dental appointment scheduled for a buildup and crown. YUCK… I had to practically force myself into the office and then into the dental chair. Ok so I may be exaggerating a little bit but you get the point, I really do not like the dentist office. Well I sat there for just about 2 hours with my mouth wide open, aching from straining it so much and the other side completely numb and uncomfortable also. Well my terrible experience quickly ended when I got in my car and drove home. I now have a temporary crown and will be returning in two weeks to get the real deal.

April 18, 2009 Today was such a great day! I am so excited David and I both got our Concealed Weapons Permit. We attended a class from 8-5 and learned all about guns, ammo and the proper safety techniques. I really enjoyed the lecture as well as the demonstrations. This was a great class to gain more knowledge on guns and safety. I feel a lot more comfortable with guns now that I know just exactly how they work and all of the dos and don’ts when using a fire arm. There is something about a Concealed Weapons Permit that just sounds impressive. This is probably very scary to all of those that know me, just imagine … Marisa Ellsworth licensed to carry a gun!
