Stratton

I have felt lately that I only have been blogging about Emerson. I am so thankful for my sweet two year old Stratton and his contagious smile that keeps me going each day. We have had a lot of fun together this past month and I thought I would share some of my favorite pictures of him.

This picture is so pitiful but I love it . Stratton was fighting the flu and just fell sound asleep half on and half off the couch.

We spent the entire day at the zoo on Monday and it was a fun time together that we all desperatly needed. The weather was beautiful and most of the animals were awake and visible. David and I got tired of walking so we decided to rent a bike cart, boy were we in for a surprise .
This thing is much harder then it looks and despite the embarrassment David would have to get off often and push from behind. Our legs were like jello for the next several hours. Put it this way there was a lot of laughing involved . David said "we are like our own little tourist attraction" , we put a smile on many faces that day at the zoo.


This picture cracks me up , David really wasn't trying to make this face . When I saw how it turned out I just smiled and politely said , " Let's try one more , your eyes were closed. " Stratton loved this old jeep that was part of one of the exhibits at the zoo . We could hardly get him out of the driver's seat.
