4:45 this morning I had to say goodbye. I hate goodbyes, I really do, but this morning’s goodbye was a little different. Angie had a flight back to New York today. As you all know she has been my life saver for the past 5 weeks. She flew out here on a moment’s notice with her two little boys Kalvin and Tristen. She has stayed at the Ellsworth’s with us and taken such great care of Stratton while I was able to spend time at the hospital.
Who would do something like this when tragedy in someone else’s life strikes?
Angie would!
She is God sent and seriously saved me from having a nervous breakdown. She held our little family together for the past five weeks. I will forever be thankful for her tender love and kindness that she gave to my little guy when he needed it the most and I wasn’t available. I really am going to miss walking through the door after a long day at the hospital and seeing her smile that easily cheered me up. Angie always had positive and uplifting advice to get me through the hardest visits. She took pictures of my little baby and then printed them because she knew I would love them. Everything she did was out of the kindness of her heart and I just want her to know that I am so thankful for each day that she spent with us in Arizona.
A very large THANK YOU to Duane her husband for being so patient and kind and letting us borrow your wonderful Wife and two boys. David and I owe you!
This morning I was sad to say goodbye but I was crying out of gratitude to Angie for sacrificing so much and coming to my rescue. I am so thankful for Angie and for Heavenly Father blessing me with her in my life.

Woah! That scared me! You should NEVER put a blog title "sweet goodbyes"! I thought something had happened to Emerson!
Phew...
I really enjoyed being out there.
Every day I was amazed at your strength and positive outlook on the days events (whether uplifting or sober).
Stratton is such a sweet boy. His laugh, like yours, is contagious and his smile melts hearts. What a tender boy he will be with your little Emerson.
BTW, I love the way you've done up the blog!
