On the 8th of August David and I came through the front gate of our apartment complex only to see 2 police officers , a forensics van , as well as the medical examiner's vehicle parked within our complex. This urged me to get online and google our apartment complex hoping to see what had just happened in the news. Well put it this way I didn't find anything that coordinated with August 8, 2010 but I did find a lot of other information about the complex that I wish I would have known prior to the move. I read 47 reviews and 98% of the were very negative and alarming .

Yikes I really should have just turned my computer off and gone to bed but of course being curious I read further to find out that a couple years ago a man's apartment was broken into and he was shot and killed . Looks are very deceiving and trust me lesson learned I am going to do my research prior to any future moves.

Oh my goodness! This is crazy! You should go down to the management office and see what you can do about getting a better monthly rate (I don't know what yours is now, but it's worth a shot, right?).

Dang! Well next time hopefully you guys can find an affordable home to stay in. That sucks! kinda sounds like our first condo in Mesa, we had a scorpion or two, but mostly cops and robbers, police helicopters every night, stolen license plates for beer runs, etc. Your year lease can't end soon enough, huh? You should just come hang out with me more often. I'm making bread today!
