Happy Birthday Grandpa

David's Dad had a birthday October 8th and it was fun to surprise him with a gift we knew he could use and also would love. Since we moved in the kids love to go upstairs and spend time with Grandpa . Emerson actually will wake up each morning and first thing go upstairs and give Dean a hug good morning. I hear Stratton playing testing out his super hero powers on Dean and him firing back water , ice or whatever it may be. I know Dean love's to play with the boys but David and I thought he could possibly use a place of refuge where he could enjoy his fox news with no interruptions. We bought him a flat screen TV and mounted in on his bedroom wall . While he was gone playing cards at his brother's house we finished the project and when he got home I think he was pleasantly surprised. The kids and I made him a big sign and placed it on his bed so he would get the message loud and clear at just how much he means to us.

Stratton loved hiding under the sign waiting to pop out and surprise Grandpa Dean.
